Seems this is quite an old question, but I'll answer it anyways. Look around on google for force field textures. Some are free, some are not. If you would like to make your own, and you don't want to spend a bunch of money on PhotoShop or tools of the like, I would recommend looking at Gimp, or the "GNU Image Manipulation Tool", available here: [Gimp][1] As for adding a logo into the wall, that can be done through Gimp as well. Simply open the force field texture, open your team logo as another layer, make the logo transparent to an acceptable level, and then merge it into your force field at an appropriate location.
